In this hand-on class chef Eun jung Cho will share with you delicious selection of her

signature Korean style cakes, including roll cakes,

chiffon cakes and sponge cakes.

You will learn fundamental of mouthwatering soft sponged

as well as icing and decorate Korean style cakes.
